Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde^® systems are available for Harley-Davidson, Triumph, Indian, BMW, and Victory models.

Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde^® systems are premium exhaust systems built around advanced engineering, high quality materials, precise fitment, refined finishes, and electronically adjustable sound control.

Each system is developed specifically for the motorcycle and built with advanced components, including an electronically controlled valve system that gives you multiple sound modes at the push of a button.

The adjustable sound control also gives you something a permanently loud exhaust cannot, flexibility. You can fly under the radar when the situation calls for it, keep the sound controlled in neighborhoods and noise sensitive areas, help avoid expensive noise violation citations, and stay on your neighbors’ good side. When the time and place are right, you can switch to a deeper, more aggressive sound with the push of a button.

You are not just buying a muffler or another exhaust system. You are investing in premium engineering, advanced technology, model specific development, everyday flexibility, and a 4 year warranty.

The system uses an integrated electronically controlled valve and a handlebar switch to let the rider change sound modes while riding.

The system is designed to deliver rider control, premium function, and a sound experience that can be adjusted at the push of a button.

The three modes are Dr. Jekill, Dynamic, and Mr. Hyde. Each mode changes the valve position inside the exhaust to adjust the sound and tone.

Dr. Jekill is the controlled setting, Dynamic is the middle position, and Mr. Hyde is the fully open sound.

Some systems are available from our USA inventory. Other model-specific systems are custom ordered and built in Europe.

Most custom ordered systems take about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on production and shipping timing.

Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde^® exhaust systems are designed to be plug and play, with a precise fit for your motorcycle and no complicated modifications required on stock applications.

Installation is straightforward for any mechanically inclined person. If you are not mechanically inclined, please have the system installed by your dealer.

Yes. A mechanically inclined customer can install the system.

If you are not mechanically inclined, we recommend having the system installed by your dealer.

European Type Approval means the system has been tested to meet strict standards for sound, emissions, and performance in applicable markets.

For the U.S. market, Jekill & Hyde USA supplies systems configured specifically for U.S. use while retaining the same core engineering approach.

Manual control is available only for select models and configurations. Use the configurator to check availability for your exact year and model.

Every Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde^® system is backed by a 4 year unlimited mileage warranty.

In most cases, tuning is not required.

If you have changed multiple components like intake, exhaust, or fueling, speak with your dealer about the best setup for overall performance.

Smartbox 2 is used on certain CAN bus models and offers three modes: Dr. Jekill Mode, Dynamic Mode, and Mr. Hyde Mode.

Blackbox is used on non-CAN bus models and offers two modes: Dr. Jekill Mode and Mr. Hyde Mode.

Only minimally. Most of the system’s sound comes from the damper, so the end cap has very little influence on the actual exhaust note.

End caps are primarily a design choice and can be swapped for a different look.

All Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde systems are made from stainless steel, but the finish still needs proper care.

• Chrome: Rinse with warm water to remove debris, then use a chrome cleaner to clean and protect the surface.
• Black and satin chrome: Rinse with warm water to remove dirt and sand, then clean with warm water and a soft cloth.

Never clean the exhaust while it is hot.

It is not always obvious from the outside whether a motorcycle uses CAN bus.

The easiest way to check is to enter your bike’s model and year in the configurator.

Yes. Applying heat tape to the headers terminates the warranty on the exhaust system.
