Order Processing

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within a few business days, with tracking sent by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Built For Your Bike

Most systems are built to order or specially sourced to ensure proper fitment, performance, and model-specific compatibility.

Return Policy

Important Notice On Custom Orders

Most exhaust systems are built to order. Custom and special-order exhaust systems are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless explicitly approved by a member of our team.

Order Cancellations

In-stock orders canceled prior to shipment and custom orders canceled prior to the start of production may be eligible for a refund. Approved cancellations will be refunded less any non-refundable payment processing fees and administrative costs incurred by Jekill & Hyde USA.

Custom orders that have entered production, been specially ordered, or otherwise committed for manufacture cannot be canceled and are non-refundable.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved before anything is sent back. To request authorization, contact info@jekillandhyde.us.

Eligible For Return

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In factory-sealed, unopened packaging
  • In 100% resalable condition
  • Includes all parts, accessories, and documentation

Not Eligible For Return

  • Custom or special-order exhaust systems
  • Discounted items
  • Any product with a broken factory seal
  • Opened products
  • Installed or used exhaust systems
  • Products removed from original packaging
  • Damaged or incomplete returns

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are processed minus this fee after inspection and approval.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Defective Or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

Refund Processing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Timeframes

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Most in-stock items ship within a few business days, while custom-configured exhaust systems typically ship within 2 to 6 weeks. If your order requires additional lead time, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Why Lead Times Vary

Many Jekill & Hyde exhaust systems are built to order and configured specifically for your motorcycle. Production schedules, inventory availability, and in-person event attendance may affect shipping times. Our team will keep you updated if additional lead time is required.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is offered within the continental United States. International orders and returns may incur shipping fees.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with FedEx and UPS, depending on the order, destination, and service level selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Lost Or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately for assistance so we can help review the shipment and next steps.
