Warranty

4 Year Warranty Applies When

• The engine of the motorcycle functions as original, including a properly tuned air/fuel ratio that is not excessively lean.
• The exhaust system remains original, with no welding joints other than the catalytic converters and no interference with the original electronics.
• The exhaust system is used only for its intended purpose.
• The exhaust system is cleaned according to our hand cleaning instructions.
• The exhaust system is sold by Jekill & Hyde USA, at a show, or by one of our dealers, and installed in accordance with our installation manual.

4 Year Warranty Does Not Apply When

• The above conditions are not met.
• The exhaust system is overheated due to improper use or tuning.
• The exhaust system is damaged by circumstances beyond the control of J&H.
• Electrical interference occurs due to improper installation or failures caused by the motorcycle or other installed accessories.
• Damage is caused by incorrect mounting of shields or header sets.

Surface Treatments

Due to external factors beyond our control, warranty coverage for surface treatments such as coating and chrome on all elements of the exhaust system is excluded during the third and fourth year.

Mechanical Parts

If a mechanical part is replaced within the warranty period, the replacement part carries warranty coverage equal to the remaining warranty time of the original system.

Electrical Parts

Replacement electrical parts include a 1 year warranty, valid only for the replaced parts.

Replacement With Customer Surcharge

If an exhaust system or muffler is replaced with a surcharge paid by the customer, a new 4 year warranty period will be granted.

Service After Warranty

J&H service remains available after the warranty period has ended, although service fees may apply.

Repairs After Warranty

Repairs completed after the warranty period include a 1 year warranty, subject to the applicable repair conditions.

Warranty Claim Review

All warranty claims are reviewed by our team based on the information provided, the condition of the exhaust system, and whether the product meets the applicable warranty terms.

Additional photos, videos, proof of purchase, or product inspection may be required before a final warranty determination is made.

To help us process your request faster, please have your order number, motorcycle model and year, exhaust serial number, and clear photos of the issue ready before submitting your claim.
