Shipping and Return Policy
Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde Exhaust Systems – Return Policy
1. No Returns on Installed or Used Products
Once an exhaust system has been installed, used, or modified in any way, it cannot be returned. All sales are final once the product has been mounted to a motorcycle.
2. Return Authorization Required
All returns must be pre-approved. To request a return, contact us at info@jekillandhyde.us within 7 days of receiving your order. If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted for new, unused, and uninstalled products in their original, unopened packaging. The exhaust system must be in 100% resalable condition with all parts, accessories, and documentation included.
>4. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The refund will be processed minus this fee once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
5. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

7. Defective or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, report it within 3 days of delivery. We will review the claim and, if valid, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
8. Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Custom exhaust orders may take 10-14 days to ship.
2. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping within the United States. Shipping fees apply to international orders and returns.
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to track your order.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged, contact us immediately for assistance with claims and possible replacements.
