Shipping and return policy:

Dr. Jekill and Mr. Hyde exhaust systems are manufactured in the Netherlands (Holland). There are many thousands of different configuration possibilities; therefore, each exhaust is custom-made. The typical turnaround time to receive your unique order exhaust is two to three weeks.

We stock some of the most popular configurations and are constantly expanding our in-stock product offering. We recommend that you check out our in-stock configurations first! In stock systems ship from our North Carolina warehouse within one or two business days.

Jekill and Hyde USA offers FREE shipping within the United States of America (Including Alaska and Hawaii) on all exhaust system orders. We cannot ship to California. No Exceptions. If your country is not included in the list of available countries at checkout, feel free to contact us, and we will direct you to your importer.

We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier on exhaust shipment orders.

Dr. Jekill and Mr. Hyde exhaust systems are custom-made to your specifications that you choose using the Configurator. Once the order has been placed, the custom exhaust enters the queue for production. There is a short window between order placement and the start of production. During that time, up to a maximum of 48 hours, it may be possible to change or cancel the order.

Once the order has entered production, there is no possibility to make changes to or cancel the order. Due to the custom nature of the Dr. Jekill and Mr. Hyde exhaust. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom under any circumstances.

In-Stock configurations can be returned if the exhaust is in new, unused condition, and never installed, and the packaging is intact. Jekill and Hyde USA reserves the right to assess a 25% re-stocking fee on returned in-stock exhaust systems
